Gemini Glow Collective was built around a simple idea: beauty should feel personal, welcoming, and a little more fun. Instead of a traditional salon where everyone works for the same business, our collective brings together talented, independent professionals who each own and operate their own businesses while sharing one beautiful space. That means you can come to one place for all the things that make you feel like you—whether that's a custom facial, a golden spray tan, fresh lashes and brows, a new hairstyle, a manicure, or a massage. Each professional brings their own expertise, personality, and approach, while together we create a space where you can make your entire self-care routine feel a little easier.
Meet Alisha
Gemini Glow Collective was created by Alisha Arriaga, an esthetician, entrepreneur, and lifelong lover of beauty, creativity, and connection.
Alisha always knew she wanted to build something of her own—but she also knew she didn't want entrepreneurship to mean doing everything alone. She wanted the freedom of owning her own business while having the joy of working alongside people she genuinely loved, admired, and trusted.
That idea became the heart of Gemini Glow Collective: a space where independent beauty professionals can build their own businesses while still having the community, collaboration, and camaraderie that comes from working together.
With a passion for helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin, Alisha created GGC to be the kind of beauty space she wanted to experience herself: relaxed, inclusive, expressive, and centered around the person in the chair.
Because you can be independent without being alone. And we think beauty is a lot more fun when we get to do it together.
